Tullahoma Utilities Authority (TUA) distributes electricity to our customers through a partnership with the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), our wholesale power provider. TVA supplies the electricity, and TUA is responsible for delivering reliable service to our local community.
This partnership helps ensure a stable, cost-effective service for the customers we serve. If you have a concern that has not been resolved through TUA, additional assistance may be available through TVA’s customer support process.
