I want to thank TUA for getting my power on. I was the only house in neighborhood that had none. It sure was a puzzle for them worked all day and finally found break in line at the end of mutual fence line. They dug the whole line of fence even part of neighbors. They got my power back on temporarily till they come back to permanently fix. They are great guys and very hard working. I appreciate having their experience to find. Thanks guys

TUB has the best customer service in the area hands down. My internet went out last night about 8:40 PM. I tried to trouble shoot what I felt it may be to no luck. I was ready to call it a night and deal with it tomorrow but decided to call to at least see what it may be. Ended up I needed a new battery pack. By 9:30 PM I had a new battery and all was working fabulously. They felt they should come tonight due to bad weather expected the following day. I am so proud to be a customer with Lighttube and for the professional gentleman that came last night. THANK YOU

Just ran into a gentleman, I believe his name was Jerry, from accounting, after hours at a local gas station. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the services offered. Very clearly cared about his work. Went out of his way to answer a few questions I had and was just in general a very nice person to talk with.
