Accurately budgeting your monthly electric bill can be
more difficult during extremely cold and
or hot weather. That’s why TUB offers a budget
billing program that allows a set amount to be paid each month
based on the average bill for the last 12 months.
Meter readings are still done each month to accurately
assess your electric usage, and at the end of the 12-month
cycle, adjustments are made that match the actual use.
Customers must have had service with TUB for at least
12 months in order to qualify. To sign up for the service, or
